Years ago, when my babies were babies, I’d pull them in the red wagon, turn around and say, “someday you’ll be pulling me in the wagon.” <3  They were baffled because “mommy, you’re too big!”

Fast forward almost 30 years later, my Millennials are smarter and faster with the same core values.
